Narrative:
At FL320 I noticed that the number 2 engine oil quantity was dropping quickly and was at 30 percent. I notified the captain who decided to divert. On approach to runway 18 we flew through the class D airspace at greater than the speed limit of 200 knots. I let approach know that we would be doing this and they said that it would be fine. We had declared an emergency.
