Narrative:
While fighting this scenario for around 5 years; and having it shoved down our throats with no regard for the safety of the flying public; I was left on local south with departures and arrivals simultaneously. We have no authorized procedures for this flow except for local west to work runway 9 with the inbounds flying over his departing runways. Someone from higher up has decided that this is a safe operation and deemed it safe.
