Narrative:
After start checklist was completed. I called ground control for taxi clearance to takeoff. We were given instructions to taxi runway 14 and hold short of 22. I repeated taxi instructions 3 times before reaching runway 22 with an ok reply by the captain each time. As we turned left to hold short point of runway 22 I checked both directions looking for any traffic and there was none. At this time I realized that captain wasn't planning to hold short of runway 22 as instructed by tower. I instantly began saying, 'hold short!!' the captain's response to me was, 'no one is coming, I'm going to continue.' captain was correct about traffic, but if I would have stopped the aircraft myself at that point chances were very good that I would have injured our F/a's because they were doing their demonstration at this point. Captain insisted that I not say anything to ground controller and ground controller never said anything to us. This matter was addressed to ass't chief pilot.

THE CAPT'S RESPONSE TO ME WAS, 'NO ONE IS COMING, I'M GOING TO CONTINUE.' CAPT WAS CORRECT ABOUT TFC, BUT IF I WOULD HAVE STOPPED THE ACFT MYSELF AT THAT POINT CHANCES WERE VERY GOOD THAT I WOULD HAVE INJURED OUR F/A'S BECAUSE THEY WERE DOING THEIR DEMONSTRATION AT THIS POINT.
