Narrative:
On civit profile descent, captain flying, approaching arnes intersection, I saw that we were high and advised captain. No response. ATC told us to slow to 250 KTS. Now there was no way we could meet arnes restriction of 10000' and 250 KTS. I told captain this and suggested I get amended clearance for arnes at or above 10000'. He said, 'no, we'll be all right. ATC slowed us, so that means we don't have to meet the altitude restriction.' I disagreed and told him so. We crossed arnes 10500-11000' and 260-270 KTS. Now we were cleared for ILS 25L. At baset (21 DME) chart says maximum 7000', minimum 6600'. I saw that we would be high for this crossing also, and advised captain. He said, 'we're ok, they changed the chart, so now we can just fly the G/south from fueler (25 DME).' I disagreed, and told him, 'no, they moved baset to 21 DME, but the altitude restriction of 7000/6600' is still there.' we crossed baset high. When we were parked at the gate I showed him the ILS 25L chart. He said, 'I don't have time to look at it now, I'll look at it later,' and he left. (The last leg of our trip.)
