Narrative:
Enroute at FL400 received an 'right oil filter' EICAS alert. This indication was initially intermittent; but became continuous as we performed the 767 QRH procedure and coordinated our divert. After performing the precautionary engine shutdown procedure; we declared an emergency and proceeded to an uneventful approach and landing.
Original NASA ASRS Text
