Narrative:
Working okc northeast radar combined with tik approach and okc final radar, giving OJT. Flight of 4 fgts and a second flight of 2 fgts handed off to me for split ups and individual approachs to tik. 7 other aircraft were being worked at the time of splitting the flight of 4 fgt's. I gave the same code assignment to 2 different fgts. The caused a delay in identing one of the fgts. This aircraft left our airspace into ZKC airspace, re-entered our airspace from vectors and then was idented. Discovered due to cdr plotting after a hatr.
