Narrative:

In the high speed regime on takeoff roll we received an inhibited master warning. Right after liftoff after the aircraft entered the 'air mode' numerous cockpit lights illuminated (15+) on both the overhead panels and the pedestal. All aircraft systems continued to operate normally but the warning; caution and inoperative lights stayed illuminated. We checked the electrical synoptic and it showed normal ops for the electrical system. We declared an emergency and landed on the runway of takeoff with no irregularities. Upon touchdown all of the erroneous indicating lights went out. Maintenance suspected an elms [electrical load management system] fault.
