Narrative:
While inbound to rockford VOR, center cleared us to cross krena intersection at 10000'. Upon reviewing commercial low altitude en route chart #21, I idented krena intersection as being on V100, 19 mi northwest of northbrook VOR. When passing through 14000' approximately 26 mi from northbrook, center advised us we were about to cross krena intersection. Upon further review of the en route chart I determined I mistook farmm intersection for krena due to the positioning of the work krena on the chart with a small arrow pointing to its actual position 7 mi northwest of farmm. Contributing to my confusion was dim lighting I used to read the map causing me to overlook the small arrow identing the intersection and the relative position of the work 'krena' over farmm intersection on the map.
