Narrative:

I made my CTAF call that I was on the take off roll on for right closed traffic. Upon reaching about 40 knots I noticed a [bombardier] Q400 taxing out from the commercial terminal. I said to myself; 'surely they will stop. I made my radio calls and they are airline pilots. They will stop.' well; they did not stop. They started to cross my runway as I was reaching about 80 knots. If I rejected the take off there was a chance; on the wet runway; that I would have slid into them should they have slowed their taxi or stopped on the runway. So I proceeded with my take off roll. I then rotated a bit early; and as I flew over their previous taxi path across the runway that I was on their tail was clearing the runway. I estimate my aircraft was about 100 feet above them; or less. The pilots made no radio calls - at least none that anyone heard on CTAF with both me and the FBO monitoring the frequency; nor did they evidently hear my calls. Nor did they look before crossing a runway at an uncontrolled field as all my lights were on.

Title: The Pilot of a C421 observed a Regional Carrier approaching the runway during his takeoff roll. He was surprised to find them crossing in front of him; but elected to rotate early rather than attempt to reject the takeoff.
