Narrative:
At takeoff multiple ecams and system failures: air data computer failure; airspeed indicator; then fadec; engine number 1 and 2; autothrottle failure; yaw damper failure; and we may have been late turning on course on the SID. No traffic alerts and no altitude deviations. Failures may have been due to hot temperatures...exercise caution in hot [weather] operations.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: During takeoff the crew of an A300-600 was presented with multiple indication and system failures. It is not mentioned in either report if an emergency was declared or a diversion was made; so it must be assumed the problem corrected itself and the crew continued uneventfully to destination.
