Narrative:
At approximately 1;200 ft; while turning final; the number 2 engine rolled back. The first officer noticed immediately. I had just disconnected the autopilot; and pressed the autopilot noise cancellation button. The cancel button is located near the fuel lever. I do not know if I bumped the fuel lever off; but it is hard to figure how because the switch has a detent. We declared an emergency and landed uneventfully.
