Narrative:

After executing a practice ILS to runway 16R it was decided to go around. The right propeller feathered even though the control was forward. The airspeed deteriorated such that I elected to pull back on the power rather than risk a VMC stall. The aircraft then yawed to the left causing the aircraft to land on the grass between the runways. There were no injuries or damage. The cause is being investigated.
