Began right engine failure checklist; but engine restarted and remained normal throughout remainder of approach and landing. After landing; taxied to gate with emergency equipment following.

Narrative: During approach aircraft right engine rolled back with Engine Failure EICAS messages. Declared an emergency with Tower and requested CFR equipment. Began Right Engine Failure checklist; but engine restarted and remained normal throughout remainder of approach and landing. After landing; taxied to gate with emergency equipment following.
