Narrative:
After a normal landing on main landing gear and rolling out; upon de-rotating and touching down the nose wheels the plane lurched and pulled hard to the right. I applied full left rudder and left brake to correct and maintain control. The plane straightened but continued rolling out into the grass on the right side of runway. The grass was soft; sandy and damp. Braking and steering were compromised. I maintained a straight roll out but the plane would not turn left back toward the runway. A runway PAPI light was hit and knocked off its stand. The plane stopped and was taxied under its own power back to the runway and parking area; with a continuous hard pull to the right; for inspection. The husky was the only aircraft or vehicle involved. There was no damage to the aircraft. I was the only person involved. There were no injuries of any kind. The float and landing gear on the husky received some damage: the right front tire was flat and off its rim. There was damage to the front of the left float; a hole punctured in the bottom of the left float and a cracked forward bracing strut end. The damaged airport light was reported to the airport the next morning and a NOTAM was issued the same next day; regarding the light out of service. The plane is set to be inspected by a mechanic and insurance representatives before being moved or flown.
