Narrative:
On climbout from denver, with crew of 2 pilots, 4 F/a's and one passenger in first class, the aft F/a's called the captain to tell him that the cabin was filling with smoke and toxic fumes. The captain verified this by looking through the cockpit door. Procedures were followed and level off at 13,000' was granted by ATC. A turn to the south with descent to 10,000' and return to denver was requested and granted. Source of smoke was not determined. Emergency equipment was standing by on landing. The landing was normal and fumes had diminished. The emergency equipment was released and aircraft taxied to gate.
