Narrative:
I issued clearance for fgt X to descend to 9000'. The aircraft descended from FL240 to 9000' in approximately 120 seconds. A more rapid descent than I had anticipated. We failed to complete coordination with cmi approach prior to aircraft entering their airspace.

Title: FGT PENETRATED ADJACENT FAC AIRSPACE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
Narrative: I ISSUED CLRNC FOR FGT X TO DSND TO 9000'. THE ACFT DESCENDED FROM FL240 TO 9000' IN APPROX 120 SECONDS. A MORE RAPID DSCNT THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED. WE FAILED TO COMPLETE COORD WITH CMI APCH PRIOR TO ACFT ENTERING THEIR AIRSPACE.
