Narrative:
While working the hi sector at indianapolis center (9 aircraft on frequency, 3 climbing, 2 descending, 4 radar vectors, 21 data blocks on scope), air carrier X called at FL370. Shortly after he declared a medical emergency and requested clearance to the greater cincinnati airport. This was accomplished and a descent clearance given to FL240. Out of FL355, air carrier X stated the individual had stabilized and wanted to go on to clt. A clearance was issued to clt at FL350 due to traffic at FL330 and FL370. Air carrier Y was nwbnd at FL350 and was overlooked as traffic for air carrier X. A 50 degree left turn was issued to air carrier Y and a 90 degree heading was issued to air carrier X along with an 'expedite descent' clearance to FL330. Air carrier X was still requesting medical assistance at clt. The 2 aircraft passed with 2.9 mi and 1000'. Traffic was called, air carrier X again requested a clearance to cvg and medical assistance on the ground. The heart attack victim was reviewed on the ground by medical personnel.

Title: ACR WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT AT AN ALT THAT CONFLICTED WITH ANOTHER ACFT.
Narrative: WHILE WORKING THE HI SECTOR AT INDIANAPOLIS CENTER (9 ACFT ON FREQ, 3 CLBING, 2 DSNDING, 4 RADAR VECTORS, 21 DATA BLOCKS ON SCOPE), ACR X CALLED AT FL370. SHORTLY AFTER HE DECLARED A MEDICAL EMER AND REQUESTED CLRNC TO THE GREATER CINCINNATI ARPT. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND A DSCNT CLRNC GIVEN TO FL240. OUT OF FL355, ACR X STATED THE INDIVIDUAL HAD STABILIZED AND WANTED TO GO ON TO CLT. A CLRNC WAS ISSUED TO CLT AT FL350 DUE TO TFC AT FL330 AND FL370. ACR Y WAS NWBND AT FL350 AND WAS OVERLOOKED AS TFC FOR ACR X. A 50 DEG LEFT TURN WAS ISSUED TO ACR Y AND A 90 DEG HDG WAS ISSUED TO ACR X ALONG WITH AN 'EXPEDITE DSCNT' CLRNC TO FL330. ACR X WAS STILL REQUESTING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AT CLT. THE 2 ACFT PASSED WITH 2.9 MI AND 1000'. TFC WAS CALLED, ACR X AGAIN REQUESTED A CLRNC TO CVG AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE ON THE GND. THE HEART ATTACK VICTIM WAS REVIEWED ON THE GND BY MEDICAL PERSONNEL.
