Narrative:

I taxied to runup area and parked to left of parked aircraft. After tower takeoff clearance I began to taxi to the runway by steering around the other aircraft by misjudged the wingtip clearance distance. My right wingtip scraped the left wingtip of the other aircraft. There was no reported or reportable damage to either plane. I reported the incident to the aircraft owner on return to home airport.
