Narrative:
I was flying south on V27 and speaking to lax center. I was west of V27 to remain clear of the TCA, and the controller stated I was clear of it. Around doyle intersection he wanted to hand me off to the next sector on 134.57. I told him I had to have a frequency ending in 5 or 0. He then said he couldn't help me any more and radar service terminated. I believe the center does have alternate frequencys which would have been most helpful for 1) traffic advisory, 2) vectors away from the TCA, 3) safety for over ocean flying where I was. The controller should have helped. At a minimum he should have handed me off to coast approach or told me to call them in however many miles their sector was from my position. He also should have given me a frequency.
