Narrative:
The event happened around midnight during landing. We were about 30 to 40 feet above the ground when the aircraft banked hard to the right and we tried to recover but couldn't and landed really hard. We were able to keep the aircraft on the runway and we were able to taxi the aircraft off on a taxiway. After holding short for a minute to access the situation we taxied on to the gate. When we were at the gate we were told that the right wing was damaged. While doing the walk around we noticed the wing damage and also notice there was a lot of ice built up on the lending edges of both wings and both engine lips. While flying we had no indications of being in icing conditions.

Title: EMB-145 flight crew experiences a hard bank to the right as the aircraft is about to touchdown; causing a very hard landing. Upon arrival at the gate it is discovered that the right wing is damaged and there is ice clinging to the wing leading edges and engine inlets.
