Narrative:
Was conducting instrument training at elp. We were cleared for GPS 26R approach. When approaching the runway I became confused due runway 26R marked as a visual runway. There are no bars on the runway for 26R and momentarily started to turn to runway 26L. We were able to determine the right runway; however the runway should be marked properly to avoid confusion. The airport should mark runway 26R with the proper runway markings.
