Flew thru a large flock (30+/-) of ducks/geese, dark color (wide body, short wing type). Hit one on first officer windshield. Suspected other hits but none found on post-flight. Unusual to run over ducks at 12,500'. Our indicated airspeed was about 250 KIAS.

Narrative: FLEW THRU A LARGE FLOCK (30+/-) OF DUCKS/GEESE, DARK COLOR (WIDE BODY, SHORT WING TYPE). HIT ONE ON F/O WINDSHIELD. SUSPECTED OTHER HITS BUT NONE FOUND ON POST-FLT. UNUSUAL TO RUN OVER DUCKS AT 12,500'. OUR INDICATED AIRSPEED WAS ABOUT 250 KIAS.
