Narrative:
We have noticed that some of the new tech carts on the 747 the doors have been replaced. With these new doors it's impossible or very difficult to get the 1/4 turns down and over the lip of the new door (upper deck and economy galley). We also noticed that the new latches don't always line up; again making it difficult to close and latch the carts for takeoff and landing. Some of the new hinges are already cracked; this leads to the latches also not lining up for door closure.
