The captain called upset because load planning (lp) sent a 'do not takeoff without corrected weight and balance' message on takeoff roll. The captain chose not to abort takeoff but says this should never happen again. Require 'final weight and balance' to sent sooner.

Title: An A320 Dispatcher received a call from an upset Captain who received a Load Planning message during the takeoff roll which stated 'Do Not Takeoff Without Corrected Weight and Balance.' He did not reject.
