Narrative:
On lagrange STAR into atl, #2 oil temperature of our medium large transport stabilized above red radial. Accomplished company procedure for high oil temperature and subsequently had to shut down engine. Recovery and landing to atl was normal. All control agencies did great job.

Narrative: ON LAGRANGE STAR INTO ATL, #2 OIL TEMPERATURE OF OUR MLG STABILIZED ABOVE RED RADIAL. ACCOMPLISHED COMPANY PROC FOR HIGH OIL TEMPERATURE AND SUBSEQUENTLY HAD TO SHUT DOWN ENGINE. RECOVERY AND LNDG TO ATL WAS NORMAL. ALL CONTROL AGENCIES DID GREAT JOB.
