Narrative:
At cruise level flight (11,000 MSL), right engines lost power. On IFR flight plan in VFR conditions at night. Lost 600' in altitude before we re-lit and started to climb back up to our assigned altitude. Pilot performance was affected by fatigue. Power loss as yet undetermined. No traffic conflict. No apparent safety hazard. I am filing this report because loss of altitude could be interpreted as excessive.
