Narrative:
Problem: not enough room for aircraft to perform a run-up without blocking taxiway. Backed up aircraft to allow other aircraft to get to runway. During backup, aircraft turned so as to point the tail toward a small aircraft. The small aircraft was blown onto wing tip and propeller during run-up. Corrective action: better judgement in where tail of aircraft is pointing when positioning for run-up in tight places. Keep all small aircraft tied down when unattended while parked in an area where large aircraft are operating.
