Narrative:
Passed 200' from small transport Y while inbound to lse. ZMP lost radar with us because we were too low and never saw the small transport Y. I believe lse tower should have a radar; although the problem occurred outside the lse air traffic area, if they had one they would have told us.

Title: COMMUTER ACFT HAS NMAC WITH LIGHT CORPORATE JET.
Narrative: PASSED 200' FROM SMT Y WHILE INBND TO LSE. ZMP LOST RADAR WITH US BECAUSE WE WERE TOO LOW AND NEVER SAW THE SMT Y. I BELIEVE LSE TWR SHOULD HAVE A RADAR; ALTHOUGH THE PROB OCCURRED OUTSIDE THE LSE ATA, IF THEY HAD ONE THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD US.
