Narrative:
While preflting and doing the cockpit setup, the fuel load that was entered into the ACARS was entered incorrectly, although release fuel was aboard the aircraft. This error may have caused the computer generated paperwork to have been incorrect. Although takeoff weight and fuel burn was verified as correct and acceptable, this error could have caused some confusion.
