Narrative:
We executed our through-stop checklist and both confirmed the door annunciator light was tested normal and extinguished. We then proceeded to push back and taxi out following normal checklist procedures. During these checklists the door lights were confirmed out 2 more times on the after start and before takeoff checklists. This particular door compartment, will extinguish the annunciator door open lights and appear completely normal and closed but not be latched. On rotation it blew open with air pressure from below. We returned and closed and latched same.
