Narrative:
While the captain was flying the ILS approach to runway 23R at the raleigh durham airport we failed to contact the control tower for a proper clearance to land. We were busy flying the approach. We both forgot to contact the control tower. The final approach controller never handed us off to the tower verbally. When we landed we realized what we had done and called the control tower and asked them if there was a problem. The tower replied no problem.
