Narrative:
Air carrier X turned off runway 32 at taxiway V and was instructed to pass behind air carrier Y crossing right to left at taxiway T. Air carrier X had already passed taxiway T, causing confusion and conflict. Air carrier X should not have entered an active movement area west/O clearance.

Title: AFTER LNDG, ACR TURNED OFF RWY AND CONFLICTED WITH A TAXIING ACFT.
Narrative: ACR X TURNED OFF RWY 32 AT TXWY V AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO PASS BEHIND ACR Y XING RIGHT TO LEFT AT TXWY T. ACR X HAD ALREADY PASSED TXWY T, CAUSING CONFUSION AND CONFLICT. ACR X SHOULD NOT HAVE ENTERED AN ACTIVE MOVEMENT AREA W/O CLRNC.
