Narrative:
While working an adjacent sector I witnessed aircraft spilling out of W168. The briefing package at the sector was vague and had no detailed information on the uav aircraft or the mission. It was just a black and white map. Not even sure if lined up exactly with the warning area W168.procedures and the military desk should prepare and distribute a comprehensive detailed package to brief ongoing missions and particularly these missions. The briefing package should include times; altitudes; call signs; aircraft types; routes; maps; frequencies; etc and should be available for controller reference and briefing prior to assuming the position. When this type of aircraft is involved it should include lost com procedures and operator/pilot phone numbers. Lost link procedures and possible 'loiter points' and loiter altitudes as well as frequencies and radio capabilities.
