Narrative:
We had just made an unscheduled fuel stop in phl on a flight from den to lga because of WX hold. After refueling, we got a clearance from phl to lga and took off from phl. We were being vectored north at 7000', and I noticed that we were about 40 NM west of lga, but figured we were that far west due to WX. With our radios tuned finally for the ILS to 22 at lga, and the beacon tuned, we were turned on a base leg, and then an intercept heading to intercept the localizer at 3000' MSL. We noticed a glide slope flag and that the ADF was pointing so we would intercept a little inside the marker, and the identification on the ADF was not very strong. Then the controller cleared us for approach to 22L, and I asked to confirm we were landing at lga. He then asked 'you're landing at lga?' when I said 'affirmative' he turned us immediately to a 290 degree heading, 3000', and vectored us to lga. We had been vectored to 22L at ewr. Upon calling the controller on the ground, he said that they had never received a strip on us from phl to lga (not a normal company trip), and had assumed we were going to ewr.

Title: ACR MLG RADAR VECTORS TO WRONG ARPT AFTER FUEL STOP WAS MADE BECAUSE OF WX DELAYS.
Narrative: WE HAD JUST MADE AN UNSCHEDULED FUEL STOP IN PHL ON A FLT FROM DEN TO LGA BECAUSE OF WX HOLD. AFTER REFUELING, WE GOT A CLRNC FROM PHL TO LGA AND TOOK OFF FROM PHL. WE WERE BEING VECTORED NORTH AT 7000', AND I NOTICED THAT WE WERE ABOUT 40 NM W OF LGA, BUT FIGURED WE WERE THAT FAR W DUE TO WX. WITH OUR RADIOS TUNED FINALLY FOR THE ILS TO 22 AT LGA, AND THE BEACON TUNED, WE WERE TURNED ON A BASE LEG, AND THEN AN INTERCEPT HDG TO INTERCEPT THE LOC AT 3000' MSL. WE NOTICED A GLIDE SLOPE FLAG AND THAT THE ADF WAS POINTING SO WE WOULD INTERCEPT A LITTLE INSIDE THE MARKER, AND THE ID ON THE ADF WAS NOT VERY STRONG. THEN THE CTLR CLRED US FOR APCH TO 22L, AND I ASKED TO CONFIRM WE WERE LNDG AT LGA. HE THEN ASKED 'YOU'RE LNDG AT LGA?' WHEN I SAID 'AFFIRMATIVE' HE TURNED US IMMEDIATELY TO A 290 DEG HDG, 3000', AND VECTORED US TO LGA. WE HAD BEEN VECTORED TO 22L AT EWR. UPON CALLING THE CTLR ON THE GND, HE SAID THAT THEY HAD NEVER RECEIVED A STRIP ON US FROM PHL TO LGA (NOT A NORMAL COMPANY TRIP), AND HAD ASSUMED WE WERE GOING TO EWR.
