Narrative:
Aircraft X was on short final and the cpc-it looked with her binoculars and noticed that the aircraft had its gear up and notified the pilot. The pilot did not know that his landing gear was up. She did an excellent job saving a possible accident from happening. Everything worked like it should have.

Narrative: Aircraft X was on short final and the CPC-IT looked with her binoculars and noticed that the aircraft had its gear up and notified the pilot.
