Narrative:

On missed approach at jnu we climbed to the missed approach altitude of 5100'. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact anc ARTCC for clearance to climb to 7000', we returned to jnu tower frequency and advised them to advise anc ARTCC that we were going to climb to 7000'. After 2 more attempts we contacted anc ARTCC and they said we should be at 5100'.

Narrative: ON MISSED APCH AT JNU WE CLIMBED TO THE MISSED APCH ALT OF 5100'. AFTER 3 UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT ANC ARTCC FOR CLRNC TO CLIMB TO 7000', WE RETURNED TO JNU TWR FREQ AND ADVISED THEM TO ADVISE ANC ARTCC THAT WE WERE GOING TO CLIMB TO 7000'. AFTER 2 MORE ATTEMPTS WE CONTACTED ANC ARTCC AND THEY SAID WE SHOULD BE AT 5100'.
