Narrative:
Air carrier X was 7-8 mi inside sector 36 without handoff or pointout. Had handed aircraft off to wrong sector (sector 38) and finally switched aircraft to sector 36 10 mi inside their airspace (sector 36 still had not received a handoff).

Title: UNCOORD PENETRATION OF AIRSPACE. OPERATIONAL DEVIATION.
Narrative: ACR X WAS 7-8 MI INSIDE SECTOR 36 WITHOUT HANDOFF OR POINTOUT. HAD HANDED ACFT OFF TO WRONG SECTOR (SECTOR 38) AND FINALLY SWITCHED ACFT TO SECTOR 36 10 MI INSIDE THEIR AIRSPACE (SECTOR 36 STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED A HANDOFF).
