Narrative:
We were unable to obtain a refile clearance through our dispatch in hou. Flight was bound to brisbane, australia. Dispatch filed us to cairns with brisbane as an alternate and refile point. At the refile, approximately 45 mins so of port moresby, new guinea, we attempted HF contact with port moresby, hi (hnl) radio and direct contact with HF dispatch in hou. All attempts failed and we then went through townsville control and asked them to advise company and return the dispatcher's name and refile time to us. We also gave townsville the brisbane office phone to contact them. Once we switched to sydney control, we never were able to obtain the refile prior to landing. Dispatch says they tried to raise us via commercial radio, however we were never selcaled. Since we had more than required fuel at the refile point, we continued on to brisbane--our intended destination. All attempts to contact company while airborne were made. Contact was not made until a phone call after landing.
