Narrative:
This was our 4TH leg of the day and we were fatigued. We had already been on duty 8 hours and had flown 4.5 hours. This was the return leg from lax to slc on a slc-lax-slc round trip. We were given the loop seven departure SID out of lax. After takeoff on 24L at lax we went approximately 9 mi on runway heading before being given a left turn back directly to lax VOR and resuming the SID. Both the captain and I completely missed the crossing restrictions of lax VOR at 10,000', keggs intersection at 13,000'. We were tired and inattentive. We did make the loop intersection (20 DME) at 15,000'. Also we would not have known a thing unless departure control had asked us if we were going to make our crossing restrictions! I don't think we missed the lax VOR or keggs restrictions by much. It was enough for departure to say something, however. I believe this was a pure human factors error. In addition to the fatigue, our company and the pilot force have a war going on over pay cuts and duty time. It has gotten so bad that we have called alpa and asked for a union vote. This has affected everyone tremendously. I know of capts basing decisions on if they will be fired or not. The union thing and company problems had been weighing heavily on our minds all week. Between that and the fatigue, I think, was the cause of this error.
