Narrative:
Flying a return leg trip I overflew E60 at 4500 ft. MSL. I began to see parachutes in close proximity to my aircraft. I evaded the parachutes by making a turn to the east and dropping about 500 ft. Altitude. The closest parachute was probably about 300-500 ft. In front of my airplane at the same altitude. The turn avoided the largest group of jumpers that seemed to be to the west of my position. I was not monitoring the eloy CTAF at the time and was unaware of jumpers being released above my altitude.
