Narrative:
As we were handed off from point mugu approach to oxnard tower. TCAS was showing threat 2 o'clock 1;100 feet MSL climbing. We were descending on glide slope to oxnard through 1;500 MSL. We leveled at 1;200 MSL spotted traffic at same time; RA sounded followed RA climb to 200 MSL. Advised tower of RA and climb asked to fly over runway and enter a right downwind for landing runway 25.

Title: A light transport jet Captain reported an NMAC on final to OXR at 1;200 feet. The reporter followed the TCAS RA overflying the runway and returning to land on Runway 25.
