Narrative:
After taxiing out of helicopter corp's compound, I changed radio frequency from company security to grand prairie unicom for monitoring while en route to the active runway. At the hold short line, I angled the plane toward final approach and did my run-up. I watched an small aircraft Y land, checked final approach visually, radioed I was taking the active runway, and taxied out. About to line up on the centerline, an aircraft announced he was on short final. Looking back I could see a plane on final. In my judgement, I had enough time and space to continue my takeoff. Applying full power, I turned to see the small aircraft Y that had just landed, still on the active runway. Pulling back some power, I proceeded to taxi at a fast rate until I could determine the small aircraft Y's intentions. He turned off the active and I continued the takeoff. About 100' AGL an aircraft came off my right wing tip and cut across my flight path, within approximately 150' at a very high rate of speed. I determined the aircraft to be a small aircraft Z with the gear up. Contributing factors: 1) lack of communication--I never heard the small aircraft Z make a call until I took the active. He never advised of a go around. 2) low visibility--due to smoke from a large warehouse burning north of the runway, about 1/2 mi out. 3) speed of aircraft--I figured the plane on final to be an small aircraft trainer, slower type. 4) aircraft sep--small aircraft Z pilot did not maintain adequate sep in the go around.

Title: GA SMA TAXIED ONTO THE RWY AT NON TWR ARPT IN FRONT OF AN SMA ON SHORT FINAL AND STARTED TKOF ROLL WITH SECOND SMA THAT HAD JUST LANDED STILL ON RWY. ACFT ON FINAL DID A GO AROUND, BUT BUZZED THE REPORTER AS HE WENT BY.
