Narrative:

ZLC had cleared our flight for the ILS approach to runway 18 at jac and to descend and cross the VOR at 15000'. We descended to 15000'. We crossed altitude at quirt. We called departing the VOR and leaving 15000' for 12000'. The center then told us the approach called for us to maintain 15000' until quirt. The descent was stopped and we climbed back to 15000' until quirt. Part of the problem is that the 15000' restriction is hard to find and is not on the profile plan anywhere. All the other approachs to quirt can be made at 12000', except the one over the same course line that allows you to descend to 300'.
