Narrative:
WX was reported as 1/2 mi prior to takeoff. Just before takeoff it went to zero-zero, but about 150-160' down the runway, it was about 1/2 mi visibility. A takeoff was initiated. Just after takeoff the WX was reported at 3/4 mi visibility. After takeoff another co aircraft caught up to this one, and while not flying in formation, it may have appeared that way to ATC, as the other aircraft seemed to be within a mi horizontally.
