Narrative:
Operated flight from clt. Ground and gate personnel have recently been outsourced in clt operations. This has led to a marked degradation in customer service; ground ops; reliability; and now safety. I was the pilot flying and we were given a loadsheet. The captain and I upon receiving the load sheet even asked the ramper if it was correct. We were told that it was. Upon arrival; on the post flight inspection I noticed ground ops removing 3 three main tires from our baggage compartment. I did not remember seeing this on the load sheet so went back up to the cockpit and took a look at the loadsheet. To my mortification there were no tires listed in the baggage compartment. We departed clt unaware that we had an extra 300 pounds of cargo in the back of the aircraft. This is extremely dangerous. This station has now become extremely dangerous. It is one thing to be unreliable as a ground station. It is an entire other situation to have a ground station that blatantly disregards safety. This station; since being outsourced has gone downhill big time. The ops personnel frankly do not care at all about the airline; customers; or other employees. The dress of the ground personnel is embarrassing; pants around ankles; non-tucked in clothing; large jewelry; hats sideways....is this what you want our customers to experience at our carrier? The dress is merely a reflection of the attitude of the personnel; who have no tied interest to on time departures; safety; or the culture of the airline. Would recommend a complete change of personnel as soon as possible or there will most likely be an event that leads to fatalities.loading an aircraft without giving the flight crew the proper numbers is flat out dangerous. If this isn't addressed I am afraid of the result.the company knows what it could do.
