Narrative:
On localizer and glide slope at 2700' cleared for approach 25L, commuter was told to turn behind us for 25R. Commuter turned in front of us at same altitude. We had to take evasive action to avoid.

Title: COMMUTER ON VISUAL TO LAX TURNING TO PARALLEL LGT ON DESCENT AND APCH OVERSHOT HIS CENTERLINE AND HAD NMAC WITH LGT.
Narrative: ON LOC AND GLIDE SLOPE AT 2700' CLRED FOR APCH 25L, COMMUTER WAS TOLD TO TURN BEHIND US FOR 25R. COMMUTER TURNED IN FRONT OF US AT SAME ALT. WE HAD TO TAKE EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID.
