Narrative:
On initial contact with ZMA, we were advised that a radio call 10 mins from marathon or ADIZ was required. This information was not transmitted to us for havana control, and since we were still under havana's control, we felt it necessary to remain in radio contact with havana. ZMA advised us that the information re: the required call was on our navigation maps. After searching the map for 5 mins, there was information re: the report, found on the reverse side of the chart. I feel the required report should be relocated on the map, so it can be easily found (ie, next to the arwys being used, not in the bottom left-hand corner of the chart). A further complication occurred when havana control gave us the wrong frequency to contact ZMA, therefore we did not establish radio contact with ZMA until tadpole intersection at the ADIZ. The chart being used was commercial la (high/low) 4.

Title: FLT CREW OF ACR MLG HAS DIFFICULTY LOCATING REQUIRED COM INFORMATION ON NAVIGATION CHART.
Narrative: ON INITIAL CONTACT WITH ZMA, WE WERE ADVISED THAT A RADIO CALL 10 MINS FROM MARATHON OR ADIZ WAS REQUIRED. THIS INFO WAS NOT XMITTED TO US FOR HAVANA CTL, AND SINCE WE WERE STILL UNDER HAVANA'S CTL, WE FELT IT NECESSARY TO REMAIN IN RADIO CONTACT WITH HAVANA. ZMA ADVISED US THAT THE INFO RE: THE REQUIRED CALL WAS ON OUR NAV MAPS. AFTER SEARCHING THE MAP FOR 5 MINS, THERE WAS INFO RE: THE RPT, FOUND ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THE CHART. I FEEL THE REQUIRED RPT SHOULD BE RELOCATED ON THE MAP, SO IT CAN BE EASILY FOUND (IE, NEXT TO THE ARWYS BEING USED, NOT IN THE BOTTOM LEFT-HAND CORNER OF THE CHART). A FURTHER COMPLICATION OCCURRED WHEN HAVANA CTL GAVE US THE WRONG FREQUENCY TO CONTACT ZMA, THEREFORE WE DID NOT ESTABLISH RADIO CONTACT WITH ZMA UNTIL TADPOLE INTXN AT THE ADIZ. THE CHART BEING USED WAS COMMERCIAL LA (HIGH/LOW) 4.
