Narrative:

Small aircraft X en route to fay declared an emergency due to loss of oil pressure. I told him his position from the two closest airports (new kent co, and west point). He said they were too far and was going to land in a field. I gave the souls and fuel to the supervisor and police were notified. I asked a VFR en route aircraft if he could deviate to look, and he agreed. Small aircraft X radioed another airborne aircraft that they had landed safely with no damage. He later called via the phone. I reserve the right to change this report.
