Narrative:
I was hired by a newspaper to fly one of their photographers to take pictures at the shrine where people came to see dignitary of poland. I was circling the shrine at 1000' MSL while the photographer was taking pictures. I circled about 4 times when a state trooper helicopter took off and waved me off. I departed the area, proceeding back to N54 when the state trooper helicopter flew along side and waved for me to land at N88. I landed and secured my plane and walked over to the helicopter. The stated trooper advised me I was flying low. He ordered me to wait until a ground state trooper arrived to check my pilot's license and driver's license. The trooper also checked the photographer for his credentials. The trooper also checked my aircraft credentials. He advised us we could leave at that time.

Title: GA SMA IS GUIDED AWAY FROM AN AREA WHERE PEOPLE HAD GATHERED TO PAY TRIBUTE TO A FOREIGN DIGNITARY. PLT WAS FLYING A PHOTO MISSION FOR LCL NEWSPAPER.
Narrative: I WAS HIRED BY A NEWSPAPER TO FLY ONE OF THEIR PHOTOGRAPHERS TO TAKE PICTURES AT THE SHRINE WHERE PEOPLE CAME TO SEE DIGNITARY OF POLAND. I WAS CIRCLING THE SHRINE AT 1000' MSL WHILE THE PHOTOGRAPHER WAS TAKING PICTURES. I CIRCLED ABOUT 4 TIMES WHEN A STATE TROOPER HELI TOOK OFF AND WAVED ME OFF. I DEPARTED THE AREA, PROCEEDING BACK TO N54 WHEN THE STATE TROOPER HELI FLEW ALONG SIDE AND WAVED FOR ME TO LAND AT N88. I LANDED AND SECURED MY PLANE AND WALKED OVER TO THE HELI. THE STATED TROOPER ADVISED ME I WAS FLYING LOW. HE ORDERED ME TO WAIT UNTIL A GND STATE TROOPER ARRIVED TO CHK MY PLT'S LICENSE AND DRIVER'S LICENSE. THE TROOPER ALSO CHKED THE PHOTOGRAPHER FOR HIS CREDENTIALS. THE TROOPER ALSO CHKED MY ACFT CREDENTIALS. HE ADVISED US WE COULD LEAVE AT THAT TIME.
