Narrative:
Aircraft parked (unauthorized) next to passenger loading area. I taxied into loading area in biplane tail-dragger with passenger waiting on the right side, and wing tip overhanging into my area. I failed to clear the other airplane's wing tip. To prevent this I have: 1) put up ropes around loading area. 2) elected not to taxi into a marginal parking situation.
